Former wedding clients of mine, Jeannine and Fernando contacted me to do a maternity session and that is always fun. Luckily, the rain stayed away so that we can enjoy taking some photos in their awesome backyard. They are having the sex of the baby be a surprise to them. I give them much props because I know I could never be able to wait that long to find out!
Living in the bay area is great because of its vicinity. If you want snow in the winter, you just have to drive 3-4 hours to see it. (It can take a lot longer though depending on traffic and weather!)
The snow in Tahoe recently has been epic! There has been a lot of snow and the best part was that it has been dumping right before the weekends so it has been awesome for skiing and snowboarding!
Waking up in a cabin after a night of snow is also pretty fun when you see everything covered in fresh fluffy powder.
Fresh powder on the road in the morning before the plow trucks come by makes you want to just dive right into it!
