Here are some of the pictures from our trip to Puerto Vallarta. We made it there just in time for tropical storm Jova to hit. I can’t say this was the best vacation that we have had due to multiple reasons and also because we had to deal with two straight days of rain due to the storm. We didnt really enjoy Puerto Vallarta that much but the images below make Puerto Vallarta look lovely.

The Westin Hotel is part of the Sea Turtle Preservation so they have nests of sea turtle eggs that they help hatch from eggs and release them out to sea in the evening. This was the highlight of the trip.

Maui in January

January 21, 2011

Theres nothing better than going to Maui, Hawaii in the middle of the winter. We were lucky with the weather and hardly got rain the whole time we were there. The Ritz Carlton in Kapalua was a gorgeous hotel and it was very sad leaving that place.

This was the Haleakala Volcano National Park and the little ants you see on the trail are actually people as you can actually hike quite extensively down from the summit.
